Regional Outreach

As part of the University of Oxford’s ongoing commitment to engage with schools, it has developed a programme to simplify communication between the University and its colleges and all schools and colleges in the United Kingdom. Each Oxford college is linked to a group of Local Authority areas to ensure that each school and college has a first point of contact within the University.

Christ Church is linked with the following Local Authorities:

Barnet

Norfolk

Suffolk

The Regional Outreach scheme is not intended to replace any existing contact a school or college may have with a particular college or department in Oxford.  Christ Church remains committed to continuing its access and outreach work with schools and colleges in other areas of the country.  However, for those institutions without an existing link to Oxford, we hope that this scheme will improve the communication of good quality information and advice for students and teaching staff.
