The Ambassadors Scheme

Ambassadors! Photo:RW

This is a new Christ Church initiative through which undergraduates act as student ambassadors for Christ Church as well as Oxford University as a whole. The aim of the programme is for student ambassadors to work with young people, providing students with advice, information and guidance on progression to higher education and applying to Oxford. Ambassadors act as tour guides to students, help with visits from schools and help run a variety of access related events.

Each ambassador gives as much or as little time as they wish and receives appropriate training for such things as tours around college.

Student Ambassadors can get involved with one, some or all of:

1. Giving tours to visiting school years (most of the time years 9-12)
2. Helping (or running) with subject workshops held with visiting schools
3. Talks/presentations about applying to university
4. Providing prospective applicants with information about Oxford life/your course
5. Digital Access Team
6. Open days and Interviews

If you are interested in tours, workshops, information and talks for potential applications, please contact
