Christ Church e-Matters; Summer Events

Full term has finished, we are in ninth week, yet still pale and anxious students are making their way to exams. However most cream pies, baked beans, confetti, and streamers have been thrown, leaving Merton Street looking like a kaleidoscopic trifle topping that has been trodden in by a hundred people. The summer Gaudy for 1972-76 is upon us (see here for the Gaudy calendar) and Henley is only two weeks away. Boat Club Society members are reminded that the drinks party is on Saturday 6th July in Lion Meadow AA78.

We have a Summer full of events to look forward to, and the main ones are listed below. I hope that you like the look of our new style e-Matters. As the Geographers tell the Historians: “a picture is worth a thousand words.” It would be great to see you in the next few months.

All these events and much more may be viewed on the Christ Church website: http://www.chch.ox.ac.uk/
