Luca Cambiaso was the most inventive and prolific draughtsman in Genoa in the 16th century.

This exhibition with over 30 drawings from the Christ Church collection explored his highly individualistic and passionate draughtsmanship as represented in the Christ Church collection. Included were also drawings by artists who had an influence on Cambiaso, among them Correggio and Perino del Vaga. Additionally, there was a group of free imitations and copies  showcasing the master's widespread fame for decades after his death.
