Summer Eights

Today, Wednesday 23rd of May, sees the beginning of Summer Eights, the premier competition in Oxford College Rowing. Over 15,000 people are expected to attend the event across the four days of competition with over 1,000 competitors, ranging from Olympic athletes to beginner rowers. Christ Church has seven boats racing this week, and  its first men's and first women's boats have the chance to go 'head of the river.'
