Howard Goodall wins Classical Brit Award

Christ Church old member and internationally acclaimed composer Howard Goodall has won Composer of the Year  in this year's BPI Classical Brits Awards for his "Eternal Light: A Requiem" which was recorded with the Christ Church Cathedral Choir. The Classical Brits 2009 awards ceremony took place at the Royal Albert Hall on May 14th and was televised on ITV1.  Howard studied music at Christ Church and has a long association with the college and the Cathedral Choir.
