Academic background

From 1998 to 2000 I was Lecturer in Internation Relations at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London. From 2001 to 2003 I was Fellow and Tutor in Politics at Balliol College, University of Oxford. I was then Assistant & Associate Professor in International Relations at the Georgia Institute of Technology. 

Undergraduate teaching

I teach all papers on international relations and US politics.

Research interests

My interests lie in modern international history, especially with regard to the history of international law and diplomacy; international relations theory; and the history of political thought.
