  • The College offers grants for significant sporting achievement to Junior Members who have been involved in University sport at a high level:
    • A grant of £350 will be made to those awarded a Full Blue.
    • A grant of £250 will be made to those awarded a Half Blue or those who have represented the University (in teams 1-3) in a Varsity match against Cambridge.
  • Awarded sports grants will be added to battels.
  • You may only apply for one grant in any given academic year.
  • You must upload with your application evidence of the Blues award or participation in the Varsity match, such as a programme, Blues certificate or confirmation from your university team coach.
  • The deadline for applications is 12 noon on Friday of 9th Week in each term.

Grant details
Please upload scans/images of your evidence of the Blues award or participation in the Varsity match, such as a programme, Blues certificate, or confirmation from your university team coach, as a single PDF. All evidence must include dates from the current academic year, explicitly confirm attendance at the Varsity match after the event (if applicable), and be provided from a suitable source. (For information: Microsoft Office Lens can be used for scanning from your phone. The app is available for free on both iOS and Android platforms.)
