Take a seasonal tour of Christ Church's beautiful Meadow with our Head Gardener, John James.

Learn about its history, conservation, current and future planting schemes and enjoy an afternoon of peace and quiet away from the bustling city.

The tour lasts about 1 hour and will take place in English.

  • All of the tour will take place outside. 
  • The number of places on each tour have been reduced to ensure social distancing can be maintained throughout.
  • Hand sanitiser and wash room facilities are available for you to use at the Visitor Centre..
  • If you or anyone you live with displays symptoms associated with COVID-19, please delay your visit until you are no longer required to self-isolate.

Important Information

There is no dress code for this event but we recommend bringing appropriate clothing for the weather and warm clothes even in good conditions. The tour will continue in inclement weather. Please do bring an umbrella.
