Drawing in Colour

One associates drawings with monochrome lines on paper. However, seduced by colour, artists started experimenting with pigments in their sketches and designs. This exhibition brings together works from Christ Church’s permanent collection to explore how the masters of the Renaissance and the Baroque incorporated colour into the medium of drawing.
