Academic background
I qualified in Medicine from Christ Church in 2001 and subsequently undertook post graduate training in Cardiology, predominantly in London. I subspecialised in electrophysiology and was awarded a fellowship by to Bordeaux with Prof Haissaguerre. I have a DPhil in Physiology at DPAG.
Research interests
I work as a Consultant Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist. This involves diagnosing, investigating and treating abnormal heart rhythms, often by ablation or implantable devices. In our group we have many ongoing research studies to better understand arrhythmia.
