The Cathedral Singers of Christ Church perform Benjamin Britten's enduringly popular festive favourite, A Ceremony of Carols, alongside other choral treats in their Christmas concert.

The Friends of Christ Church Cathedral present this service of Five Lessons and Carols, to which they warmly invite members of the public.
 

Music at Oxford's 'Christmas at Christ Church' events have been providing Oxford audiences with a popular mix of festive cheer and nostalgia since 1985.

Join us in the Cathedral for a musical Advent meditation, performed on the Rieger organ by our Sub Organist, Richard Moore, and Organ Scholars George Balfour and Michael Chesters.

Join us at Christ Church Cathedral this Christmas on one of four dates for a traditional service of Nine Lessons and Carols.

Come along with your children for this interactive family service of music, activities and storytelling as we learn about Christmas and journey to the crib together, followed by hot chocolate and cake.

Amidst the darkness of night, we celebrate the arrival of the light of the world. In a Christian tradition dating back over 1600 years, join us as we gather at the very beginning of Christmas Day to welcome Jesus into the world.

We are delighted to announce that Choral Matins will return to our Christmas Day worship this year, including a sermon preached by the Bishop of Oxford, The Rt Revd Dr Steven Croft.

"Yea Lord we greet thee, born this happy morning!" We warmly invite you and your family to join us in the Cathedral for our Christmas Day Eucharist.

On the feast of the Epiphany, we celebrate the manifestation of Jesus to the gentiles in the visit of the Magi. This day also marks the beginning of the liturgical season of Epiphanytide.
