Assistant Rowing Coach

£16.00 per hour plus 12.07% per hour worked for holiday pay.

Summary

Christ Church Boat Club is looking to recruit professional and enthusiastic Assistant Rowing Coaches.  Working alongside our highly experienced Head Coach, you will deliver a high standard of coaching across all crews and abilities within the club.  This is an exciting opportunity to engage and develop talent, help fashion the club culture, and play a key role in achieving success for our athletes and crews, across the Oxford collegiate rowing scene and beyond.

Senior Library Assistant

University Scale Grade 4, currently £28,437 – £32,108 with a discretionary range up to £35,681 per annum

Permanent, 37.5 hours per week.

Summary

Christ Church invites applications for a Senior Library Assistant who can contribute to the development and management of the collections of the Working Library and Law Library at Christ Church. The post holder will also support reader services, circulation activities and, when required, special collections activities.

Conference and Events Coordinator

Grade 5 (currently £32,108 - £37,388)

Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Summary

Christ Church is seeking an organised individual to support its busy conference and events programme. As one of Oxford’s largest and most historic colleges, Christ Church hosts a wide range of events, including day meetings, residential conferences, summer schools, private dinners, and academic occasions. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams including Housekeeping, Catering, and the Lodge, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional service.
