Across the Global South, agriculture is a vital source of livelihoods, employing up to half the workforce and feeding growing populations. Yet there is enormous untapped potential to make these jobs more productive, resilient, and rewarding—especially for women and youth. This May, Oxford’s brightest researchers, technologists, and entrepreneurs will come together to turn cutting-edge innovation into practical solutions for global agriculture.
