Diocese of Oxford signs Armed Forces Covenant in Cathedral service

The Diocese of Oxford re-affirmed its commitment to armed forces communities with the signing of the Armed Forces Covenant during a special service of Choral Evensong last week.

Cathedral Choir Make First Live Appearance on Radio 3 Since 2018

A service sung by the Cathedral Choir will be broadcast to the nation on Radio 3’s Choral Evensong on 28 April, marking their first live appearance on the programme in almost 8 years.

Christ Church Cathedral Choir

Choirs and music

Choral Evensong takes place in the Cathedral each evening at 6pm and is open to the public. A programme of musical performances, from organ recitals to concerts by visiting musicians, runs throughout the year.
