Art and Entrepreneurship w/ Sam Glatman
Sam Glatman is the co-founder and CEO of Artsignal, an agentic AI art-intelligence company backed by Christie’s Ventures, the venture arm of the global auction house. Before Artsignal, Sam worked at Blenheim Chalcot as a Portfolio Impact Manager, where he led innovation projects for the AI-driven music analytics company Instrumental.
A serial entrepreneur, Sam spent the first eight years of his career in Southeast Asia, where he founded and scaled multiple businesses. He grew Zingo from concept to a 60-person team and a nationwide distribution footprint of 12,000 retailers, raising over $1.3M and developing world-first products targeting tobacco and betel addiction. He also co-founded Mako Foods, Myanmar’s first online seafood retailer, which expanded into supermarket supply, and was acquired within 18 months. His work has earned recognition, including Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia (Science & Healthcare) 2018, the French-Myanmar Chamber of Commerce Innovation Award, and an Honourable Mention in Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas Awards. Sam holds degrees from the University of Oxford, the London School of Economics, and the National University of Singapore.
