A Christ Church Christmas Carol Tea Party 2026
Celebrate the festive season with an exclusive afternoon tea inspired by Dickens's popular tale A Christmas Carol.
Tea will be served on High Table in the Great Hall at 3pm with up to 30 guests and includes a talk on Christ Church at Christmas. There is an optional pre-tea behind-the-scenes tour of Christ Church.
Guests are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the start of their event via Tom Gate on St Aldate’s. Those booking the pre-tea tour will be met at Tom Gate at 1.35pm and the Tour will start promptly at 1.45pm.

- Afternoon tea and talk with behind-the-scenes tour commencing at 1.45pm: £60 per person
- Afternoon tea and talk with a glass of Christ Church sparkling wine and behind-the-scenes tour commencing at 1345hrs: £65 per person

Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
A vegetarian sandwich option can be selected at the checkout when booking your tickets via our online system. We are unable to cater for any other dietary requirements.
Alcohol will only be served to those aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be requested.
Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
