Our scholarships

Financial support for graduate students is a priority for Christ Church, and the College offers a range of scholarships each year for new graduate students. In recent years, for example, we have partnered with the Law Faculty to offer a BAME Scholarship to a DPhil student in Law, and with the University to offer two Black Academic Futures Scholarships and have offered a fully-funded Refugee Academic Futures scholarship thanks to the generosity of many members of college, staff and students, and alumni. Scholarships available for students starting in the 2024/25 academic year are listed below.

There is no separate College application procedure for any of the scholarships listed, but some scholarships require candidates to select Christ Church as their preferred colleges. Where applicable, this is set out below.

Any queries about Christ Church scholarships from prospective students or offer-holders should be directed to the Admissions Office.

Any queries from current students should be directed to the Academic Office.
