Andrew Day, Head Teacher

Andrew Day, Head Teacher at The Unicorn, said: 'It is a huge privilege for The Unicorn to be chosen to be Christ Church Cathedral’s Chapter Charity for 2022.  For 30 years we have supported children with dyslexia and related learning difficulties.  All funds raised from the evening will go towards the school’s expansion plans.

'We run at full capacity and we are looking to raise £300,000 this year for an extension to the current building.  We very much hope the local community will come and support and hope to see many former pupils and their families at the Carol Concert which we plan will be a dazzling evening.'

Previous beneficiaries have included Macmillan Cancer Support, Sarcoma UK, and Oxford Citizens Advice.
