Our scholarships
Financial support for graduate students is a priority for Christ Church, and the College offers a range of scholarships each year for new graduate students. In recent years, for example, we have partnered with the Law Faculty to offer a BAME Scholarship to a DPhil student in Law, and with the University to offer Black Academic Futures Scholarships and have also offered fully-funded Black and Refugee Academic Futures scholarships in part thanks to the generosity of many members of college, staff and students, and alumni. Scholarships available for students starting in the 2026/27 academic year are listed below.
There is no separate College application procedure for any of the scholarships listed.
- Applications should be made by the December/January deadline for your chosen course.
- All applicants should apply to the University under the standard procedures for graduate degrees.
- Applicants who apply by the December/January deadline for their chosen course will automatically be considered for Clarendon awards.
Any queries about Christ Church scholarships from prospective students or offer-holders should be directed to the Admissions Office.
Any queries from current students should be directed to the Academic Office.
