Academic background
I completed a PhD in Nanotechnology with a specialization in nanophotonics for single-molecule interrogation, using plasmonic nanotweezers to study and characterise individual ferritin molecules. In September 2024 I joined the Benesch group as a Postdoctoral Researcher, where I develop integrated single-molecule platforms that combine nanopore sensing, mass photometry, and escape-time electrometry within microfluidic devices for label-free, high-throughput analysis of biomolecular interactions.
