Visitor Services Supervisor

Christ Church are seeking a Visitor Services Supervisor to support the Visitor Manager and Duty Managers in the day-to-day operation and administration of the Visitor Services department, ensuring our visitors receive the highest standard of care. 

The role will involve supervising the team of Custodians, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional visitor experience. Additionally the supervisor will work with the Deputy Visitor Managers to manage individual ticket sales and group bookings, whilst ensuring that visitor flow is maintained along the visitor route, disruption to the working life of the institution is minimised and the highest standards of customer service and safety are upheld.
