In my previous roles, I was DAAD-Lektorin at the University of St Andrews, DAAD Language Assistant at Keimyung University in Daegu, South Korea and Assistant Tutor for German courses for international students at Heidelberg University in Germany.

Undergraduate teaching

I teach FHS Paper I and Prelims Paper I.

Research interests

In my research, I look at attitudes towards gender-inclusive language in German from the perspective of second-language speakers of German in the UK. Furthermore, I am interested in the didactics and the implementation of varieties of German in the language classroom.
